Refund policy
OUR RETURN POLICY
If you are unhappy with your purchase please notify us within 10 business days by email to: Katherine@goldenlightbeeswaxcandles.com or phone us at 206-403-0723. Please state your reason for returning your order.
Upon acknowledgement of your email or your phone call, you will be instructed to do the following:
1. Repackage your order in the original box.
2. Send a note on why the order didn't meet your satisfaction.
3. Ship via US Postal Service to Golden Light Beeswax Candles, Everett, WA 98201
4. Upon receipt of the returned products, if our error, we will refund all charges to your credit card and refund your return shipping cost. If customer error, we will refund all product costs less a 15% restocking fee to your credit card. We will also deduct our cost to ship your order. The original shipping and return shipping costs will not be refunded if customer error.
